We look forward to welcoming you and sharing this culinary journey, making every moment a memory to cherish!
Chào Bạn was founded in October 2020 by Vincent Page. It began as a charming little restaurant nestled under a lush tree at the end of Tô Ngọc Vân Street, Tây Hồ District.
The first guests were close friends, family, and local residents of Tây Hồ who came to support Vincent. Gradually, Chào Bạn began welcoming travelers, who shared their experiences on social media and by word of mouth, helping to spread the flavors of this place far and wide. Over time, Chào Bạn became known to more and more people.
"I am Vincent Cao Minh Page, a French-Vietnamese person, born to a French father and a Vietnamese mother. Born and raised in Paris, I was introduced from an early age to the flavors and traditions of Vietnamese cuisine through my mother and her family.
To me, Vietnam is a land full of culinary treasures—fresh vegetables, fruits, and an abundance of natural produce from its mountains, rivers, and seas. I thought to myself that one day, I would go there to explore these wonders."
